**Waarschuwing: absoluut géén vijfsterrenhotel!** Wat een enorme teleurstelling. Dit hotel noemt zichzelf vijf sterren, maar eerlijk gezegd verdient het er nog niet eens drie. Alles aan dit verblijf was afschuwelijk. Het ontbijt? Schandalig slecht. Nauwelijks aanbod, slechte kwaliteit, en totaal niet wat je van een zogenaamd luxe hotel zou verwachten. De service was net zo rampzalig: ongeïnteresseerd personeel, geen gevoel voor gastvrijheid en nul bereidheid om je echt te helpen. En dan het hotel zelf… een compleet doolhof. Je verdwaalt eerder dan dat je ergens tot rust komt. In plaats van ontspannen vakantiegevoel, krijg je frustratie. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is de grootste grap van allemaal. Je betaalt voor vijfsterrenluxe, maar krijgt minder dan een simpel driesterrenhotel. Zonde van je geld en je tijd. Ik ga hier nooit meer naartoe, en ik raad iedereen aan dit hotel koste wat het kost te vermijden.

非常非常非常好，酒店不在杜城老城區，在一片度假的區域。位置棒極了。海邊一圈全部都是酒店。度假聖地。 酒店非常好，我們定的兩室一廳，特別大，還帶一個無敵海景陽台。特別舒服。 酒店的餐廳晚餐做的非常好環境也好。面朝大海，心情舒暢。 住在這個區域，比老城好。安靜，但是又時尚，適合度假

We booked a room through 訂房網站.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea.  Room was an interior room with no view.  Feel clearly misled by 訂房網站.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room.  Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

Hotel More is a solid 4-star hotel with all needed facilities. The room is spacious compared with most hotels in Europe. The service was superb and staff was friendly and helpful: from parking car to getting luggage to the room. On-site restaurants are very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Although the hotel is little far from old town and parking near the old town is very difficult and expensive, utilizing Uber service would be a excellent option that is very quick and the cost is very reasonable (less than €10 each way).
